Please take our opening hours into account: Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5 pm. When this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via the Dutch foundation Webwinkelkeur. As from the 15th of February 2016 it is also possible for consumers within the European Union to report complaints through the ODR platform of the European Committee. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
