When this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via the Dutch foundation Webwinkelkeur. As from the 15th of February 2016 it is also possible for consumers within the European Union to report complaints through the ODR platform of the European Committee. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complaint isn’t already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
